Full storefront redesign to improve conversion and engagement with customers.

01

Context

RAMA WORKS' site was outdated and lacked a lot of core functionality that newer e-commerce stores had. It also did a poor job of showcasing new product releases, and provided a difficult interface for returning customers to view and adjust their orders.

For this project, I built the frontend of the site, incorporating new logos and typography that helped to solidify the branding, while building sleek hero banners to showcase flagship products better.

02

Outlined Problems

  • Navbar links sending customers to a separate domain that is not tied to the Shopify webstore; breaking user journey and decreasing conversion.

  • Outdated theme, hindering the ability to showcase new product releases and delivery accurate product descriptions.

  • Clunky user-interface, inhibiting returning customers' ability to view their existing orders, or make changes to personal details like addresses.

03

Solution

  • Complete overhaul of the storefront and it's theme.

  • Establish new logos and supporting typography to use across the site.

  • Build custom components allowing for better customer support, and proper display of crucial information about products.
