Re-establishing a brand's identity to help a community of transport professionals grow and connect.

01

Context

This is a project for the non-profit organisation, Young Transport Professionals (YTP).

  • It is an organisation that was founded in 2014 to help young professionals within the Australian transport industry connect and network with each other.

  • It currently has over 1,400 members and is led by an annually nominated committee.

  • I am leading the rebrand and web development to better represent the organisation.

02

Outlined Problems

  • Current website is visually outdated and does not drive new membership with a human-centred sitemap, interface and appropriate CTA's.

  • SEO is not optimised to allow for discoverability.

  • Their chosen signature colour does not support readability and accessibility.

  • The logo doesn't integrate well into various social media frames.

  • Selected typography is difficult to read on various screens.

  • Branding does not help to differentiate their organisation from others within the same industry.

03

Solution

  • Provide a full rebrand, with a new set of logos, motifs and colour palette that will help the brand better represent itself within the industry, and differentiate itself from competitors.

  • Present YTP with a new SEO optimised website, that supports readability and accessibility, through good UX and drives engagement for new membership via. strong CTA's.
